Marketing Specialist– Tedlar® Business

Printing & Films Division

Location: Wilmington, DE
Reports To: Global Marketing Director, Tedlar® Business

Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the global growth of the Tedlar® business by planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs across a diverse portfolio of end-use markets. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this position serves as a key liaison among internal stakeholders, external agencies, and commercial partners to deliver effective marketing campaigns, compelling customer-facing content, and measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, technologically savvy, and passionate about driving marketing excellence through data, innovation, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Hyrid Schedule: Ability to be in Wilmington office 4x weekly and travel 10-15% as needed

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting multiple global end-use markets.

  • Partner with commercial, technical, product management, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing programs.

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deployment activities to ensure on-time execution.

  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, return on investment (ROI), and business impact.

Content Development & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with technical experts, product managers, legal teams, and external agencies to develop and refine marketing collateral.

  • Coordinate review and approval processes for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with DuPont branding, legal, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of customer-facing content including brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, digital assets, videos, and technical marketing materials.

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Own and support key marketing technology platforms and processes, including:

    • Marketing automation platforms

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

    • Lead management and lead scanning tools

    • Campaign tracking and reporting systems

    • Digital marketing and analytics tools

  • Manage marketing workflow processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.

  • Maintain high-quality marketing data and reporting to support decision making and commercial follow-up.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, automation, and best practices to enhance marketing performance.

Trade Show & Event Management

  • Lead planning and execution of regional and global trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

  • Coordinate booth design, logistics, vendor management, promotional materials, staffing plans, and event communications.

  • Manage event budgets and track performance metrics, including lead generation and post-event follow-up.

  • Ensure a professional, consistent, and impactful Tedlar® brand presence at industry events.

Budget Management & Reporting

  • Monitor and track marketing expenditures against approved budgets.

  • Assist with forecasting, purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and budget reporting.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.

  • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing operations and automation.

  • Bring innovative ideas to improve customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and team productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content development, and agency relationships.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to be in Wilmington office 4x weekly and travel 10-15% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, specialty materials, manufacturing, chemicals, or technology-related markets.

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, SEMRush, AEM, or similar tools.

  • Experience managing trade shows and customer events.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, lead management processes, and digital campaign measurement.

  • Experience working with external creative, digital, and public relations agencies.
