JOB SUMMARY:
Perform maintenance and repair work to mechanical equipment related to the facility, electrical equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, sanitary facilities, and repair work to the facility. Requires continuous supervision. Initiate continuous improvement within IATF 16949 and follow environmental requirements within ISO 14001. To fulfill the roles and responsibilities related to the protection of the environment.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established program by the assigned teams under his responsibility.
- Records and enters findings when performing work order, notify Maintenance Supervisor. Record and enter parts used during repair.
- Collaborate and execute a variety of projects such as production line changes, or new equipment set up by contributing with knowledge regarding plumbing, electricity, and tool handling.
- Participates in general maintenance duties in the building such as overall painting, lamp replacements, and surface panel replacements.
- Participate in the equipment handling; truck unloading, transfer and floor set up, as well as equipment shipping.
- Participate in emergency situations to help problem solving related to the Plant’s emergency operations by contributing with knowledge in the equipment under his responsibility.
- Actively collaborate and participate in the goals and objectives plan in the environmental administration system according to the environmental standards in the company ISO 14001.
