- Participate in on-call support and resolve critical production incidents as required.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar distributions).
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket for CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
- Good knowledge of AWS services, including. EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Cloudatch, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Proficiency in scripting using Bash and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including: Firewalls, VPNs, Security Certificates (SSL/TLS), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Credential Management.
- Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
