As the Strategy & Execution Lead for Buenos Aires CIB Technology, you will translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, accountable ownership and measurable outcomes across a complex, global and matrixed organization.
You will lead high-priority initiatives spanning businesses, functions and technology teams, creating clarity from ambiguity and maintaining momentum from strategy through delivery. Using strong judgment, analytical reasoning and business acumen, you will identify what must happen, mobilize stakeholders, drive decisions, resolve barriers and escalate effectively when intervention is required.
This role requires a highly self-directed and action-oriented leader who brings informed recommendations, challenges constructively and remains accountable for outcomes. Success will be measured by strategic value delivered—not meetings coordinated, materials produced or activity completed.
