Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day will involve resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
