Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline. 7-8 years of experience working on private and public cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of cloud concepts, tools, and technologies. Proficient in designing and architecting, resilient, and highly available cloud solutions. Proven expertise in building automated and orchestrated workflows. Experience in developing & maintaining business continuity plans. Experience in audit and compliance of IT services and processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Learn and adapt to the fast-changing technological landscape. Excellent oral and written communication skills.15 years full time education
