Position Overview:

As a Technology Strategy Senior Director, you will be a hands-on leader, leading a team of engineers, shaping and guiding the buildout of a new business-led technology platform for application development. We need your help in sourcing requirements, identifying technology dependencies, building the CI/CD platform that will support our evolution in testing code automation for production deployments. If you have experience with leading high performing teams to build and deliver CI/CD platforms, automating and deploying resilient AWS Cloud Infrastructure environments and are comfortable delivering in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $237,000 - $355,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
