Role OverviewWe are seeking a experienced and autonomous Mid-level Technology Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. This professional will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end project delivery, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and engaging senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
Strong execution capabilities with strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, situation walls and reports, adjusting proactively when needed.
- Ensure structured governance, documentation, and reporting practices.
- Act as point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts when priorities compete.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing clear status updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks early and continuously.
- Manage cross-team and cross-system dependencies to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
- Develop contingency plans and drive decision-making when trade-offs are required.
- Own and monitor project timelines with a strong focus on predictability and accountability.
- Proactively escalate blockers and ensure quick resolution.
- Balance speed and quality while maintaining strategic alignment.
- Operate with high ownership.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise and take preventive action.
