Technology Project Manager

The Project Manager role will focus on supporting the Technology, Tech Support, and Infrastructure teams to better support our business partners’ needs while accelerating IT projects throughout the company.

You will provide leadership and expertise for Technology initiatives within the Service Desk and Infrastructure team environments that impact the business. These initiatives may focus on content strategy/creation, associate experience, analytics, and/or product management. This role will work within a matrix environment and builds effective business partnerships with all levels of team members and cross-functional partners (e.g., Technology, Warehouse Operations, HR).

• Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with short- and long-term projects, line of business-wide and medium to high risk, scope, and complexity with broad impact.
• Facilitate agile ceremony meetings for the engineering team(s): standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos; Understand and utilize team capacity effectively.
• Demonstrate understanding of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Build and analyze data to aid decision-making and turn findings into strategic imperatives.
• Make data-driven decisions in end-to-end technical project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Ensure a complete understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies and post-mortem reviews.

• 3+ years of project management and methodologies, strategic planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of work experience in one or a combination of the following: digital product, program management, or consulting of technology or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation to market delivery.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into metrics (e.g., reports, charts, dashboards).
• Advanced understanding of Atlassian (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage and optimize project planning workflows, including maintenance of key project details and data points.
• Proficient in utilizing MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT, Word) and Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Slides).

Expected Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
