Summary:
As a TIBCO Integration Migration Engineer, you will be responsible for modernizing enterprise integration platforms by migrating legacy TIBCO BW5 applications to cloud-native architectures using BWCE/BW6. Your day-to-day work will involve containerizing integration workloads, deploying them on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and implementing CI/CD pipelines with observability and security best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migrations, reliable deployments, and scalable enterprise integrations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME in TIBCO integration and migration activities.
- Migrate TIBCO BW5 processes to BWCE/BW6 with refactoring for container readiness.
- Design, build, and deploy Docker images on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Helm.
- Set up and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Maven.
- Ensure end-to-end observability using OpenTelemetry and Elastic (ELK) dashboards.
- Apply security best practices, including image scanning and secrets management.
- Produce migration documentation, runbooks, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Support Agile delivery with required overlap to CET time zones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in TIBCO BW5, BW6, and BWCE.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven).
- Experience in cloud infrastructure automation using Bicep and Terraform.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Elastic Stack (ELK) and OpenTelemetry.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and migration best practices.
- Familiarity with security practices in containerized environments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with the TIBCO BW stack.
- Prior experience in BW5 to BWCE/BW6 migration projects is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (C1+).
- Role is offshore-based (Accenture) with CET morning overlap.
