Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating both production and non-production cloud environments utilizing appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products. Your typical day will involve deploying automation pipelines and automating the processes of environment creation and configuration, ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and reliability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud environments. - Document processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with configuration management tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
