Your Impact- Solution Knowledge & Awareness: Establishes and maintains a thorough knowledge of the client's networking environment, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and documentation of all solutions deployed within the client's environment. - Service Delivery: Delivers application administration services for fleet management, output management and scanning software solutions in alignment with contractual commitments, executing technical service delivery tasks such as solution testing, setup, configuration, documentation, training, and troubleshooting. - Customer Relationship Management:�Maintains effective relationships with client IT administrators and personnel, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly, escalating as appropriate for broader team support. - Value Realization: Supports client achievement of measurable business outcomes by ensuring full product and technical services adoption. - Risk Management: Supports the identification and mitigation of risks associated with customer feedback, technology solution performance, and customer network environment challenges. - Training: Develops and delivers technical material for customer IT resources or end users.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You BringPlease note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $54,460-81,550 year - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. - Customer Success experience preferred. - Requires up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights (valid driver�s license and acceptable driving record necessary). - Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills. - Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers� premises. - Certification requirements upon hiring or within first 6 months: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
