Title: Technology Manager

What You'll Do:
Ampleo is seeking a Technology Manager to oversee internal systems, manage vendors, and ensure smooth integration of acquired companies into Ampleo’s technology stack. This is a hands-on role that blends system administration, helpdesk support, and vendor management with coordination across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Systems Administration – Administer HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, WordPress/web hosting, and future NetSuite.
- Provide first-tier IT support (laptops, phones, troubleshooting, equipment procurement). Maintain security best practices.
- Acquisition Integration Support – Partner with integration planning resource to onboard new companies. Coordinate transition of email, domains, CRM, and file sharing systems.
- Support consolidation of Slack, Dropbox, Box, and other tools.
- Vendor Management – Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery.
- Serve as primary escalation contact for issues.
- Evaluate and recommend vendor solutions.
- Security & Compliance – Ensure compliance with AI/data policies. Monitor vendors for risk exposure.
- Support cleanup of legacy systems during acquisitions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT systems administration or technology management.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, and WordPress.
- NetSuite experience (user administration) preferred.
- Helpdesk background (procurement, troubleshooting, ticketing).
- SaaS/cloud knowledge.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Vendor management experience.
