As a Director you will provide strategic leadership, oversee multiple projects, and drive business growth while fostering an environment of mentorship and collaboration. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- AWS, Azure, PMP, or GCP Specialized Certifications preferred
- Demonstrating thought leadership in software development
- Utilizing established development tools and conventions
- Managing software solutions using ASP, .NET, SQL Server
- Leading scrum and retrospective meetings effectively
- Reviewing designs and code for adherence to standards
- Providing leadership across diverse teams and resources
- Thought leader-level knowledge of the software development life-cycle

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
