  • Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days onsite Wed - Thu)
  • Schedule: 5 days per week

This ranges from our client‑facing websites and mobile apps to the core systems, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure behind the scenes.In Manchester, IST is growing into a high‑impact innovation hub focused on engineering resilient platforms, modernising data capabilities, and accelerating cloud transformation. Teams work across areas such as UK Personal Investor (UKPI), which supports digital experiences for our direct‑to‑consumer clients; Financial Adviser Services (FAS), which provides technology and insights for advisers across Europe; and the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) Europe, which ensures our data is well‑managed, trusted, and used to create value through analytics and responsible AI.Interns will be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking technology community, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to meaningful projects that support both clients and internal teams.About the InternshipThe IST Internship Programme gives you hands‑on exposure across our technology organisation and helps you build strong foundations in:
