Summary:
As a Salesforce Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing technology architectures across platforms, products, and engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives, technical requirements, and performance expectations.
Your role will involve leading architectural discussions, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. You will also play a key role in guiding development teams, managing deployments, and maintaining architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
-Lead technical strategy and decision-making across multiple teams and projects.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
-Design and validate technical architectures considering functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and scalability aspects.
-Work closely with the Client technical team to finalize strategies for deployments, sandbox environments, and release management.
-Guide development teams through the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
-Define and manage deployment processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-deployment support.
-Oversee release management across multiple environments and ensure source code integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
-Identify and mitigate risks related to deployments, including rollback scenarios and performance issues.
-Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
-Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote architectural best practices.
-Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
-Support data migration strategies and integration patterns for seamless connectivity with external systems.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation including deployment plans, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Deep expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
-Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, multi-tenant architecture, and platform scalability.
-Experience with integration patterns, middleware, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data migration strategies.
-Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
-Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and release automation.
-Knowledge of Salesforce deployment strategies, including change sets, unlocked packages, and metadata API.
-Understanding of security best practices, including OAuth, SSO, and data protection within Salesforce.
