Work you’ll do
As a Technology Analyst at SimplifyNext, you will work alongside leading consultants in the industry to solve our clients' biggest challenges and make a positive, lasting impact on their businesses. You will collaborate with talented team members on complex projects, developing a deep understanding of business problems and the ability to solve them using cutting-edge technology. We're looking for individuals with a passion for learning and making a positive impact on our clients, business, and society. In this role, you will work on the leading Automation and Low Code platforms, integrate them with AI solutions, and use analytics to gain insights on the underlying processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients' subject matter experts to understand and analyse their business problems and pain points.
- Finalising technical, operational, and user requirements and contributing to the functional and technical solution design.
- Building high-quality solutions on various IA platforms in accordance with SimplifyNext's best practices and development standards.
- Creating use cases and process scenarios with expected outcomes to guide the delivery lifecycle for the process.
- Conducting user acceptance testing with SMEs from the businesses to ensure that the solution has fulfilled the requirements.
- Preparing for deployment of the solution you and your team members have built and providing support to the business during the post-implementation phase.
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to take ownership of your work and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical skills such as C#, JAVA, Python, UiPath, Microsoft Power Apps, PowerBI or Tableau are good to have.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
