Responsibilities
- Translate clients’ strategic goals and objectives into comprehensive strategies and actionable implementation plans.
- Decompose high-level strategies into business architecture components and develop clear and structured transformation roadmaps.
- Leverage a strong understanding of IT and business processes within a specific domain to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommend key strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives and foster innovation across business and IT.
- Identify and diagnose organizational challenges, plan solutions, and lead transformation projects to successful outcomes.
- Design and implement Enterprise Architecture solutions to align with clients’ strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or in a software development context.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive business-relevant insights.
- Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning about emerging business concepts, technologies, and ways to deliver value.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and their impact on business.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
- Hybrid job located in Lisbon.
