En tant que Technicien Contrôle Qualité Chimiste H/F, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable du laboratoire Contrôle Qualité (site Gonfreville).

Principales Responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du laboratoire contrôle qualité, vous intervenez en autonomie sur le contrôle et l’ajustement des produits dans le respect des procédures qualité

1. Contrôle & production

  • Mettre en œuvre les techniques de contrôle qualité selon les protocoles définis.
  • Réaliser les analyses et essais nécessaires au contrôle des produits.
  • Identifier les anomalies, en rechercher les causes et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Veiller au respect des normes et procédures applicables.
  • Alerter en cas de dérive des résultats ou des méthodes de contrôle lorsque les résultats des tests l'exigent.

2. Qualité & amélioration continue

  • Être garant du respect des règles qualité
  • Participer à la démarche 5S (et audits si nécessaire)
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer l’organisation et la performance du service
  • Assurer la communication avec les services supports (production, maintenance, méthodes…)

3. HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement)

  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles HSE (EPI, sécurité, gestion des déchets…)
  • Veiller à la bonne utilisation des équipements et à la sécurité des installations
  • Remonter toute situation à risque ou non-conformité

Le poste s’inscrit dans un environnement industriel exigeant, avec un fonctionnement en équipes postées 2x8 et une adaptation aux rythmes de production

Qualifications

  • Diplômé(e) d'une formation spécialisée en chimie.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans la réalisation d'essais et la manipulation de produits chimiques dangereux.
  • Vous maîtrisez les instruments de mesure nécessaires à l'analyse des échantillons.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances de l'approche MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
  • Dynamique et impliqué(e), vous appréciez la polyvalence et le travail en équipe

Skills Required

  • Specialized degree or training in chemistry
  • Significant experience conducting tests and handling hazardous chemicals
  • Proficiency with measurement instruments used for sample analysis
  • Knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team
