Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the
product and the documentation requirementsAnalyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and
single-sourcing opportunitiesProduce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and
is appropriate for its intended audienceWrite easy-to-understand online help, developer guides and end user
manualsCreate tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Review, manage and edit release notes for new product features with each
release cycle
Requirements:
Proven working experience writing API documentation
Experience writing simple shell scripts for REST API Examples
Experience with UNIX, Python or JavaScript is desired
Working knowledge of JSON and XML
Experience with Swagger a plus.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily
understandable in text and picturesAbility to work with minimal guidance
Excellent written skills in English
Strong working knowledge of MS Office
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
