About the job

As our Tech Writer, you will be instrumental in executing our documentation strategy to support our scaling ambitions. You'll work closely with our Senior Technical Writer to develop and maintain a comprehensive partner portal that will enable third-party implementation partners to successfully sell and implement our SaaS Content Marketing Platform. This is a key role that will directly contribute to our company's growth trajectory.

Working alongside product, engineering, implementation, and partnership teams, you'll create clear, accessible documentation that explains how our highly configurable product works. You'll have the opportunity to build comprehensive guides from the ground up and make a significant impact on our business by enabling our partners' success.

Your main responsibilities:

· Create and deliver high-quality documentation content for our partner portal following established templates, style guides, and standards

· Translate complex product configurations and implementation processes into clear, accessible documentation

· Work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to understand the intricacies of our platform

· Develop comprehensive guides on product configuration, best practices, and implementation standards

· Maintain and update the partner portal content once established

· Gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams and implementation partners to continuously improve documentation

· Ensure all documentation remains up-to-date with new product versions, releases, and features

· Build comprehensive knowledge of our entire product suite over time

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand documentation requirements

· Support the Senior Technical Writer in executing the overall documentation strategy

· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation meets their needs

Requirements

Besides being fun to work with, you...

· Have at least 3 years of experience as a technical writer, preferably for other enterprise SaaS products

· Possess exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear language

· Are familiar with Confluence and similar knowledge base systems

· Can quickly grasp complex product configurations and implementation processes without necessarily having a technical background

· Have experience following established style guides and documentation standards

· Are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand documentation requirements

· Have strong communication skills and can effectively interact with internal stakeholders

· Have a proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

· Are adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Have experience working with or documenting for implementation partners (preferred)

· Have knowledge of marketing technology platforms or similar SaaS products (preferred)
