Job Description
Technical Product Training Specialist
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Remote-Americas
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Product Training Specialist to create and maintain content related to Corptax software. The primary focus will be on developing self-study and e-learning materials based on input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), with additional responsibilities for content creation for live instructional formats. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical writing, strong collaboration skills, and experience in creating clear and concise documentation for software products. This role is integral in shaping the learning experience for our clients, ensuring that our e-learning modules are engaging, effective and aligned with our organizational goals.
Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules based on existing training content
  • Organize and maintain course content related to the e-learning modules, ensuring it is up to date and accessible for learners
  • Work closely with other team members to align content with learning objectives and ensure the effectiveness of training materials
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content tailored to various user skill levels
  • Review and test all e-learning content for functionality, accuracy and overall quality
  • Other technical writing responsibilities, as necessary


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing or similar field
  • 3+ years experience working in instructional design, technical communications or similar field
  • Strong ability to work with SMEs and translate complex technical information into accessible content.
  • Proficiency in content creation and e-learning authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360 is a plus
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and SCORM/xAPI standards
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
