We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented to join our Team. As a Technical Writer at INFUSE, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and engaging documentation that supports our platform’s capabilities and enhances user understanding. Technical writers play a vital role in ensuring that users can understand and effectively use complex products, systems, or processes.
- This includes Tech specifications for Dev/QA/BA Teams, user manuals, API reference materials, FAQs, and other technical guides
- Analyze platforms, technical documentation, code repositories, and other relevant resources to extract key information
- Work closely with BAs, QAs, developers, and other technical staff to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Technical information needs to be broken down into easy-to-understand steps for users with varying levels of technical expertise
- Keep pace with product or system changes by revising and updating documentation accordingly
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
