Technical Writer (with AI experience)

The Role:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer for software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and clarity.
• Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Git, GitBook, Python, and markup languages (Markdown, HTML).
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS product documentation.
• Basic understanding of ML, AI, MLOps, generative AI.
• Familiarity with API documentation and software development processes.
• Ability to create diagrams or flowcharts.
• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Keeping documentation updated with product developments.
• Creating product-related articles and blogs.
• Drafting content for user interfaces and product-related texts.
• Proofreading team-produced content for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive documentation.
