Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer for software products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and clarity.
- Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Git, GitBook, Python, and markup languages (Markdown, HTML).
- Experience with SaaS and PaaS product documentation.
- Basic understanding of ML, AI, MLOps, generative AI.
- Familiarity with API documentation and software development processes.
- Ability to create diagrams or flowcharts.
- Strong research skills.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and maintaining documentation for customers and internal teams.
- Keeping documentation updated with product developments.
- Creating product-related articles and blogs.
- Drafting content for user interfaces and product-related texts.
- Proofreading team-produced content for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive documentation.
