Manage validation logistics, including test equipment inventory and delivery, site access coordination, shipment of hardware or tools, and scheduling of field support personnel.
Maintain and update validation test plans, execution trackers, issue logs, and punch lists.
Track and follow up on open validation issues and facilitate timely resolution with responsible engineers or vendors.
Document and distribute daily/weekly validation progress reports to engineering and project stakeholders.
Support field teams by preparing validation documentation, ensuring test pre-conditions are met, and managing revision control.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in validation workflow, tools, and templates.
Ensure all validation activities are executed in compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and project schedules.
2+ years in energy, renewables, industrial controls, or utility-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience supporting validation, integration, or commissioning efforts involving power systems, automation, or SCADA.
Exposure to or familiarity with BESS-related subsystems such as PCS, EMS, BMS, or protective relaying.
Hands-on experience with technical documentation, test execution tracking, and issue management tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Smartsheet).
Understanding of electrical single-line diagrams, network block diagrams, and validation workflows.
Experience collaborating across engineering, operations, and field service teams.
