The role of Technical Training Development Manager – Northern Region involves coordinating the development of the technical training offer in the northern part of the country. The coordinator will also be responsible for designing, delivering, facilitating, and evaluating training programs. Additionally, they will audit partners and collaborate effectively with them, aiming to build and maintain strong partnerships with a focus on continuously improving the quality of the training offered.
Your responsibilities :
- Coordinate the development and implementation of technical training programs specific to the Northern Region (Flanders).
- Coordinate the technical development of a training facility: plan and oversee the setup of a training space equipped to provide both practical and theoretical training. Select necessary equipment, organize the space, and create an optimal learning environment that meets the needs of participants.
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality training content that aligns with our technical standards.
- Facilitate and lead training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Conduct audits of training partners to ensure compliance with our standards and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with external training partners and all business Unit TECH ensuring strong, effective, and long-lasting partnerships.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with partners to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the training offer.
Your profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (and/or relevant experience)
- Proven experience in technical training coordination, ideally within the telecom industry
- Certificate of teaching ability is an extra asset
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to assess, audit, and evaluate both internal training programs and external partners
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster solid partnerships with external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving results in a dynamic environment
- Holder of a driving licence
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be a plus
