The role of Technical Training Development Manager – Northern Region involves coordinating the development of the technical training offer in the northern part of the country. Your responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of technical training programs specific to the Northern Region (Flanders).
  • Coordinate the technical development of a training facility: plan and oversee the setup of a training space equipped to provide both practical and theoretical training. Select necessary equipment, organize the space, and create an optimal learning environment that meets the needs of participants.
  • Design, build, and deliver high-quality training content that aligns with our technical standards.
  • Facilitate and lead training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Conduct audits of training partners to ensure compliance with our standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with external training partners and all business Unit TECH ensuring strong, effective, and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with partners to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the training offer.

Your profile :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (and/or relevant experience)
  • Proven experience in technical training coordination, ideally within the telecom industry
  • Certificate of teaching ability is an extra asset
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess, audit, and evaluate both internal training programs and external partners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster solid partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving results in a dynamic environment
  • Holder of a driving licence
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be a plus
