A Day in the LifeS＆R全体に関わる、コマーシャルオペレーション、サプライチェーン、チャネルマネジメントなどの関連部門をつなぐ要として、事業運営を支える重要な役割を担います。本ポジションでは、新製品の導入、製品のフェーズイン/フェーズアウト管理、バックオーダー（BO）などのリスク低減を目的とした業務プロセスの最適化を推進し、各部門との緊密な連携を通じて、事業戦略および業務の円滑な遂行を支援します。これにより、ビジネスの成長に貢献するポジションです。主な業務内容
“A Day in the Life”
オペレーションユニット（OU）とファンクションチーム（コマーシャルオペレーション、サプライチェーン、チャネルマネジメント）の間の主要なコミュニケーションハブとして機能し、業務の効率化と最適化を推進する。
物流業務の管理（出荷スケジュール、アロケーション計画、物流パートナーとの調整を含む）を行い、ビジネスの優先順位に基づいたタイムリーな製品供給を確保する。
バックオーダー（BO）を効果的に管理し、潜在的なリスクを特定するとともに、出荷の優先順位を設定し、関係者との明確なコミュニケーションを維持する。
マーケティング戦略および流通計画と連携し、新製品導入や製品のフェーズイン／フェーズアウトに伴う物流業務を適切に調整し、業務の混乱を最小限に抑える。
出荷数量の確定、アロケーション指示、在庫・物流関連の問い合わせ対応など、日々の業務を遂行する。
SAPの障害や物流クレームなどのオペレーション上の課題に迅速に対応し、効果的な解決策を実施するとともに、関連チームと協力して業務の安定化を図る。
四半期末などの繁忙期において、物流戦略を適切に実行し、納品および売上目標の達成を支援する。

Skills Required
- Project management experience
- Advanced data analysis and reporting using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- High communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional coordination
- Analytical ability to identify risks and derive optimal solutions within complex processes
- Intermediate or higher English (TOEIC 740+ / business communication level)
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in commercial operations, logistics management, or supply chain (preferred)
- Experience with new product introductions and improvement initiatives (preferred)
- Experience in the medical device / healthcare industry (preferred)
- Knowledge/experience with capital services (preferred)
- Practical experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management (preferred)
- Experience managing product lifecycle transitions and logistics for new products (preferred)
- Power BI for data visualization and advanced analytics (preferred)
