- Provide Level 1 field support and Remote support for servers (SR650 V3).
- Ensure proper installation, replacement, and handling of approved Lenovo FRUs/CRUs.
- Maintain documentation and ensure proper part return per Lenovo standards.
- Basic hardware diagnostics (visual inspection, POST behavior, indicator LEDs).
- Replacement of approved CRUs/FRUs per Lenovo Field Replacement procedures (c/o Lenovo)
- Basic physical installation and removal of hardware components (c/o Lenovo)
- Follow Lenovo hardware manuals and ESD procedures.
- Ticket updates and service documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 servers
- Schedule: 8x5 Support
- Fully Onsite (San Miguel, Manila)
