We are looking for an entry level Support Specialist who will help our customers thrive by solving technical support questions that come up as they use our ERP software to grow their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Solve incoming support requests
Queue duty
Web troubleshooting
Collaboration with the Engineering Team on bug tracks and resolutions
Customer trainings
Operation of upgrades, and server migrations
We’re looking for someone who is:
Attentive to detail
Eager to take the lead in solving customer product issues and concerns.
Communicates with customers with professionalism and grace.
Able to learn and teach our product (EBMS) and industry to the customer
Goal and service oriented
