What impact will you make?
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Bizzdesign customers and help them achieve maximum value with our platform. Due to the flexibility and broad functionality of this platform, you will get a lot of freedom sorting out questions and problem reports. Some of your tasks include:
What will you do?
- You will get to know our products inside and outside.
- You will be able to develop into an expert in one or more functional areas, as you gain more knowledge of our platform and how it is used by our customers.
- You will work closely with other departments within Bizzdesign to arrive at an optimal solution.
- You will play a leading role in bringing together and coordinating colleagues with the right competencies.
- You will help customers, where necessary, to install our platform on local servers.
- You will analyze log files and write scripts to simplify both your and the customer’s work.
- You will make an active contribution to improving our support processes and systems.
Who are you?
- You have HBO work and thinking level/MBO 4 diploma in IT.
- You have up to 3 years of experience.
- You must be fluent in English (verbal and written). Dutch is preferred.
- You are available to work for 32-40 hours a week.
- You can work from our Enschede office for at least 2 days a week to meet and work together with our team. The rest of the week you can work from home.
- You are good at solving problems.
- You know how to ask the right questions to quickly understand what a customer wants and needs.
- You can summarize problem reports well.
- You have a good, warm, clear, and precise way of communicating.

Recruitment Process:
1st interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
2nd interview with the Manager and a team member (60 minutes)
3rd interview with a panel team (60 minutes)
