Job Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal teams and external partners.
- Assist external partners with systems integrations in various environments.
- Monitor and handle alerts on Slack and AWS dashboards to ensure system health and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform daily technical support tasks.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the expansion and updating of the technical support knowledgebase.
- Address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner based on severity.
- Manage service disruptions and communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in software development and support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. To effectively support our global merchants and resellers who primarily use English, as well as our numerous Chinese merchants and resellers who prefer to communicate in their local language.
- Knowledge of major programming languages, including .NET Framework, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC), Entity Framework Core/LINQ, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with API design (Web API/RESTful) and SDK architectures.
- Basic understanding of AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization).
- Familiarity with database structures and SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience in database design models and advanced SQL queries (MS SQL & MySQL).
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in AWS cloud services (Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization, etc.).
