Kaunas R&D office is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Analysis – Analyze complex technical problems by thoroughly examining log files to identify root causes, patterns or recurring errors.
  • Test Lab – Recreate customer topologies using various Ubiquiti and third-party devices. Simulate various scenarios and topologies to troubleshoot and validate solutions.
  • Collaboration – Work in tandem with technical team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Communicate errors and solutions to development team, provide guidance and recommendations for QA automation team.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Network Protocols Knowledge: broad understanding of core network protocols, services, and tools.
  • Operating Systems Experience: hands-on experience with Linux.
  • Wi-Fi Radio Technology: knowledge of Wi-Fi radio technologies, Wi-Fi standards, and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Issue Tracking: proficiency with issue tracking tools and processes.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Lithuanian.
