Technical Support Analyst
Voltage Park is building a machine learning cloud infrastructure business from the ground up. As part of this effort, we’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our small team, who will resolve technical issues for our customers via chat, email, and occasional phone and video calls. This role is ideal for an experienced support professional who is looking to develop opportunities in Technical Support, Customer Success, or even Systems Reliability Engineering.
This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in EST in the United States, (or central time zone with the ability to work early EST hours). We are not able to provide sponsorship for this position. Some travel to our data centers will be required.
What You’ll Do
Resolve customer requests and issues via chat, email and the occasional phone or video calls
Lead partnerships with Success, Product, Engineering and other teams to resolve issues for our customers
Work with Voltage Park product and engineering to develop content and features that empower Voltage Park customers to resolve their own issues
Identify and implement improvements to the Voltage Park customer experience
Juggle multiple responsibilities across different support functions
Manage cross-functional projects
Provide occasional on-call support
Requirements
2+ years in a customer support or customer success role at a technical organization
Experience building and implementing cross functional processes from scratch
Based in East Coast (or the ability to work early hours in EST)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively
Attention to detail – you sweat the small stuff
Ability to empathize with customers
Willingness to follow and manage established processes and guidance
Experience with standard office applications, such as MS Office, G-Suite, task tracking tools, etc.

Compensation Range: $70K - $85K
