Overview
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can operate across multiple levels of technical support and software engineering. This role spans from Tier 1 operational excellence to hands-on development and DevOps responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 (Foundational Support)
Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to stakeholders and end users
Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high precision
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in ticket handling and documentation
Accurately capture, triage, and escalate issues as needed
Tier 2 (Advanced Support & Analysis)
Apply strong business acumen to understand context and challenge assumptions
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues
Analyze logs, system behavior, and data to identify patterns and failures
Write and execute queries to support investigation and resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Tier 3 (Engineering Support)
Diagnose and resolve defects within the application codebase
Partner with development teams to deliver bug fixes and system improvements
Support production stability through deep technical investigation
Development (Software Engineering)
Design, develop, and maintain applications using:
Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
JavaScript, Angular
Apply software design patterns and best practices
Write and maintain unit and integration tests
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Contribute to continuous integration workflows using SVN and build pipelines
DevOps & Production Operations
Maintain and support production environments (e.g., Box platform and related systems)
Execute application deployments across environments
Support disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution
Monitor system health and ensure operational reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
Proven troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
Experience with log analysis, query tools, and debugging techniques
Hands-on development experience with Java/Spring and modern JavaScript frameworks
