We are looking for a talented and experienced Applied R&D Engineer to join our innovative team. This role will focus on Product Validation testing and will require a deep understanding of software development and testing practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of our products.
Responsibilities- Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium/Playwright and Java/Python.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation into the development process.
- Execute functional, performance, and soak testing to ensure software quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across various browsers and platforms.
- Collaborate with the product team and customers to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports for E2E testing.
- Stay updated with the latest testing techniques and best practices in the industry.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of production issues and provide regular updates.
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to the overall success of the project.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Selenium/Playwright, Java/Python, and POM-based framework design.
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, L2, and L3 networking concepts.
- Familiarity with TR98, TR369, Wifi basics, and Wifi Mesh is preferred.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices.
It would be nice if you also add:
- Understanding of visual testing, API testing, and basic SQL/DB validation is an advantage.
- Exposure to TR-069 and TR369/TR98 tests is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
