As part of the Security Tools and Platforms team, we are responsible for developing and supporting a company-wide secure administrator management access solution for on-prem and public cloud environments. We are part of the Security and Compliance team that provides support and development services for internal security incident response, PIM, PAM, PSM and management access networks to ensure secure controlled access to Tietoevry hosted environments and services.

As a Technical Specialist in Management Access, you will be responsible for managing Windows servers, Active Directory as well as other parts of our Unified Management Network platform. You will be working together with architects, consultants, product owners, project managers and other technical specialists from Finland, Sweden and Czech Republic. UMN provides reliable and safe access control and logging of Tietoevry management sessions in customer environments, as well as network security and identity control. Information safety is maximized by isolating tools and services from the production network.

For this role we expect you to have:

• Previous experience in an IT company, preferably in security or cybersecurity department.
• Knowledge and experience of Windows and Active Directory.
• Knowledge and management experience of virtual machines and database is preferred.
• Experience in any unified network management platforms is preferred.
• Creative problem-solving abilities across an integrated, multi-customer environment.
• Ability to work with other teams, architects, product managers and owners to refine and optimize the current platform components for performance and security.
• Good level of written and spoken English
