About the Role:

As a Technical Sourcer at Brellium, you’ll be the driving force behind the discovery, engagement, and early relationship building with top talent across go-to-market and technical functions. You’ll work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, proactively build diverse candidate pipelines, and elevate Brellium’s ability to attract high-impact candidates across the organization. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our hiring efforts by owning the top of funnel, bringing creativity, persistence, and data-driven sourcing strategies to every search.

What You’ll Do at Brellium

  • Research, identify, and engage top talent across a variety of functions and levels.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and shape ideal candidate profiles.

  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects Brellium’s culture and value proposition.

  • Track sourcing metrics, analyze outreach effectiveness, and recommend improvements to optimize pipeline quality.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You:

  • 0–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or recruiting research — ideally in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with candidates and internal partners alike.

  • You take initiative, think creatively about finding talent, and aren’t daunted by complex or hard-to-fill roles.

  • You’re excited by Brellium’s mission to improve healthcare quality using AI.
