Finding the right people to add into our unique mix is a difficult endeavor, so we're looking for a Technical Sourcer focused on Data and Machine Learning to join our recruiting team and help us maintain a smooth and positive experience for remarkable candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and engage passive talent to keep building Discord's Data and Machine Learning teams.
- You will work closely with recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process.
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Track/report information regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies based on an understanding of the data and machine learning market and each specific role.
- Assist recruiting team to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones.
What you should have
- 2+ years experience sourcing data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and/or data platform engineers
- Experience with partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with outstanding candidates in high-growth environments
This position is temporary. This position is US-based and can be remote but if you live in the Bay Area, you’re welcome to work from our beautiful SF office.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000 to $148,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
