We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our growing Support team and help deliver top-tier service to our Customers.
As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will be the key technical link between Customers, project managers, sales team, software developers, and systems engineers. Your role will involve developing technical concepts and solutions to meet Customer needs while managing the technical aspects of projects.

CUSTOMER
Our Customer is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centers with safety-critical tasks. They provide solutions for air traffic management (civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, and air defense) as well as for public safety and transport (police, emergency services, maritime, and rail transport).
- Develop technical concepts and solutions for one of the Customer's largest key accounts
- Define Customer and system requirements
- Create technical concepts and write system specifications
- Evaluate technical solutions for the client, considering risks related to safety and IT security
- Present complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner to Customers and management
- Act as the main technical contact and ensure thorough technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with the Customer’s technical requirements
- Finalize concepts in coordination with internal system specialists and software developers
- Educational background in IT/Telecommunications or experience in a customer-facing role within IT/software projects
- Knowledge of networks, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows, VMware, storage solutions, and Oracle databases
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, NetApp storage, Docker containers, Ansible automation, and Zabbix monitoring
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) for effective collaboration with German-speaking clients
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany for business needs
