Location: Warsaw or Kraków, Poland
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will support the internal product management team and business partners by providing technical expertise for IT solutions and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Arrow ECS product team in promoting and positioning the solutions within your area of responsibility.
- Assist business partners in selecting the most appropriate solutions for end-customer needs through consultations via email, phone, remote meetings, and on-site customer visits.
- Promote product and technology knowledge among business partners and end customers through webinars, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Provide technical assistance to business partners during proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and customer implementations.
- Continuously expand and maintain knowledge of solutions and technologies available within the Arrow ECS portfolio.
- Participate in technical training programs and obtain certifications to validate and enhance your expertise.
- Collaborate closely with vendor technical engineers and specialists.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of backup technologies and data storage solutions.
- Good command of English, enabling the understanding of technical documentation, participation in training sessions, and day-to-day communication with international vendors.
- Fluency in Polish
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix.
- Experience and certifications related to data protection solutions from Dell EMC, Cohesity, Veeam, or Commvault will be considered a strong advantage.
- Valid Category B driving license.
