SALARY: $104,800 - $124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

manufacturing environment, then
the Technical Services Manager at our Baldwinsville Brewery is for you. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Financial Oversight: Responsible for tracking of Packaging financials, tracking of bottle and can line, materials benchmarking or analysis, department SPOC for financial routine; accountable for can loss/bottle loss GOP

  • Conversion Planning:  Responsible for conversion schedule plan, department conversion monitoring process; accountable for department Complexity Management GOP

  • Labor Planning:  Accountable for department staffing template, department core operator template, department training planning and execution, Skills Gap Analysis and process; responsible for weekly and weekend labor plan, labor planning of non-routine activities (block beer, master cleaning, etc.)

  • Training and Development:  Accountable for appraisal process review, training process, PQC process coordination

  • Production Plan:  Accountable for department scheduling strategy, new product/PCS system, department logistics planning; responsible for S/u and S/D schedule, S/U, S/D, WEC, modulation monitoring process 

  • Tech Services:  Accountable for master clean, pasteurizer process, chemical and recycling, production accuracy and auditing, packaging aux materials

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Management discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems.

  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills.

  • Ability to cross-functionally move between departments and divisions.

  • Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.
