Responsibilities- Achieve the sales revenue and profit targets of Kemin Biologics Indonesia every fiscal
- Develop and implement an annual account plan for sales in Indonesia.
- Support Kemin’s distributors, including technical and product
- Execute the Kemin’s strategic plans as if relates to the assigned
- Provide expert advice on product usage, disease prevention, and animal health to clients.
- Build trust with key decision-makers, veterinarians, and farm managers through regular visits.
- Lead product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for internal teams and external client/distributor.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to spot new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical and sales roles, preferably within the livestock-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and accountability.
- Results-oriented, proactive, persistent, and customer-focused.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, innovation, development, and commercialization of value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial judgment.
- Excellent distributor management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer and business partnerships.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical and sales roles
