【技術営業部概要】
TIのFAEは顧客/顧客システムの理解を深め、価値のあるソリューションを提供します。 そのために必要な情報収集、調査及び半導体製品の提案までの基本的な流れ、考え方を体験していただけるプログラムです。
特定のマーケットやアプリケーションを選び、皆様がTIのFAEになったという想定で顧客への提案の作成にチャレンジしていただきます。単体のICや電子回路的な技術だけではなく、それが製品としてどの様に機能するのか、どのような価値や新機能を実現できるかなど、様々な角度から考えたり調べたりして、より良い提案を作成できるようにチャレンジしてみてください。
その過程で先輩社員や関連部署の社員とのコミュニケーションも持っていただくことで、より深くFAE業務やTIについての知見を高めて頂くことができます。
【職種概要】仮想の顧客情報やケーススタディを使い、顧客へのアプローチを考える。 どの製品をどう売り込むかを考えてもらうロールプレイの実施を予定しています。 社員から発表やロールプレイに関するfeedbackあり。
【プログラム 】
- 「TSE」の役割を学ぶ
- お客様や市場のリサーチ方法を学び、営業戦略を考える
- 顧客情報やケーススタディを使い、顧客へのアプローチ方法を考える
- お客様との会議や社内会議に参加する（英語で参加の可能性あり）
- TSE若手社員との座談会 社長との座談会（英語）
- 社員から発表やロールプレイに関するfeedbackあり
- インターン生１人につき、先輩社員のメンターが1名つき、インターン中サポートいたします

【入社一年目にUS本社研修あり】 技術営業部に入社する新卒入社向けFAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) トレーニングプログラムを実施します。 技術的なスキルとビジネスの視点を組み合わせた、セールスのキャリア向けに作られたプログラムとなっています。そのプログラムを通じて、TI のビジネス成長に貢献し、TI でのキャリアを通じて活躍できるような経験を得ることができます。

- 2回目：2025年8月25日～8月29日
- 3回目：2025年9月8日～9月12日
【長期インターン】1か月～の長期インターンも募集中です。期間は相談に応じます。

理系学生
- BtoBビジネス、半導体業界や先進技術に関わる業界に関心がある方
- 電気・電子の基礎知識がある方
- メーカーの営業的側面を学びたい方
- 英語を活かして仕事を経験したい方（TOEIC600点以上）
- 日本語がネイティブでない場合は、日本語でプログラムを実施するためビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力が必要です。
