Job Description:

Kodifly is looking for an elite, high-energy Technical Sales Associate II to lead our global outreach efforts. This is a role for a "Hunter"—someone with a street-smart, tenacious, and unstoppable mindset who can navigate complex technical landscapes to open doors. You will be responsible for aggressive prospecting and building a high-velocity pipeline for our Physical AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach: Own the outbound sales engine by conducting regular cold outreach and social selling to secure discovery calls with global stakeholders.

  • Sales Intelligence: Master LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales stacks to identify, track, and engage high-value targets in the infrastructure and engineering sectors.

  • The Elite Mindset: Operate with a high degree of resilience and persistence; you are someone who views every "no" as a step closer to a "yes."

  • Technical Value Prop: Work closely with the product team to translate complex AI capabilities into "must-have" business value propositions for international partners.

  • Pipeline Dominance: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule and ensure the CRM is always updated with high-quality, moving opportunities.

  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in the market where Kodifly’s spatial intelligence can win.

Qualifications:

  • The Mindset: A "street-smart" closer with an elite growth mindset. You are comfortable in high-pressure environments and are motivated by targets.

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in outreach-heavy sales or business development (preferably in SaaS/Tech).

  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound automation tools.

  • Communication: High command of English; able to influence and persuade high-level decision-makers.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.

  • Knowledge of the infrastructure, spatial intelligence, or AI-driven industries.
