We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is excited to partner with our team to build out our engineering and product function. This role also will also have the opportunity to pinch-hit across key roles in finance, people, biz ops and more.
About The Role & Team
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in our recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of our roles, primarily within the technical side of our organization. You will leverage your expertise to create effective sourcing strategies and enhance our hiring processes, ensuring we attract top talent in a competitive landscape.
What You’ll Do
- [Collaboration/Relationships] Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand specific hiring needs.
- [Process] Build sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, focusing on both inbound and proactive outreach.
- [Process] Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- [Process] Utilize ATS and data tracking tools to monitor recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize our processes.
- [Proactive] Maintain and nurture a pipeline of both active and passive candidates for future roles.
- [Proactive] Stay informed with regards to industry trends to better inform our recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and the ability to differentiate between them.
- Strong understanding of current tech industry trends, emerging technologies, and key players in the market.
- Experience in other functional areas such as business operations, finance, or people operations is a plus.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and thrive in chaotic environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools, with a data-driven mindset.
- A collaborative team player who values partnership over solo efforts.

The starting base salary for this role is between $130,000 and $145,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
