Radiance is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and perform full life-cycle recruiting. The ideal Recruiter will be a high performer who has proven recruiting and staffing experience and has the ability to establish and maintain an aggressive candidate pipeline by developing networks around common skill sets. The ideal candidate will create job requisitions, post and advertise job openings, maintain records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screen and distribute resumes, coordinate and set up interviews, and recommend placement of staff. The Recruiter will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a working relationship with various recruiting sources, including colleges and universities, participating in job fairs.

Required Experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.
- Minimum of two years recruiting experience. DoD experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost effective manner.
