In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top tech talent across different domains and levels of complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers, QA, and more.
- Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Work with an international talent pool across different time zones and regions (Europe, North America, LATAM, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay up to date with tech industry trends, hiring best practices, and outstaffing recruitment models.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in an international outstaffing or IT services company.
- Strong experience recruiting for various tech positions at different seniority levels.
- Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and software engineering roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of global recruitment trends and experience sourcing talent from multiple regions.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple requisitions.
- Work from the office 4 days per week
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for niche or high-demand tech roles.
- Understanding of outstaffing models and international labor laws.
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools and processes.
