We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven background in Technical recruiter, ideally having accumulated a strong track record in direct sourcing, either within an agency or in-house environment and also have experience recruiting contractors as well as permanent staff. Your experience should extend to conducting phone and in-person interviews, as well as effectively screening and evaluating candidates.
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to recruitment, staying up-to-date on legislative changes that could affect the business
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Facilitate interview debriefs, provide feedback to candidates, and guide the hiring team in the final candidate selection process and negotiate job offers
- Develop and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Collaborate with other internal functions to facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to colleague, ensuring an efficient onboarding process
Desired Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter in Tech/Cyber industry in full-cycle recruiting at all levels including for contractor positions.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of cyber tech roles, trends, and key players.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture strong working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- High appreciation of dealing with sensitive/confidential information and GDPR legislation
- Experience in Talent analytics
