Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading and supporting the entire recruiting process for IT professionals. Efforts include:
Sourcing, recruiting and hiring IT professionals across a wide range of roles within the organization.
Leading the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements.
Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process, including follow up throughout the process.
Work with different teams on a daily basis to provide impeccable customer service.
Work from India and fill positions for both US and India job openings.
Developing an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire as staffing levels dictate.
Leveraging online recruiting resources and applicant tracking system (e.g. Zoho) to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Interviewing all candidates prior to presenting to hiring manager for detailed interviewing.

Skills Required
- Prior experience in technical recruiting or high-volume IT hiring
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Proven sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (example: Zoho)
- Ability to conduct pre-screens and interview candidates before presenting to hiring managers
- Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills
- Customer-service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with teams
