About the Position: We’re looking for a highly organized and self-driven technical recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across both technical and operational pipelines. This role involves significant collaboration in a remote environment. To succeed in this role, you will need a solid grasp of sourcing strategies, experience partnering with hiring managers, and the ability to create efficient recruitment pipelines using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
U.S. remote; West Coast time zone strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process
- Lead hiring efforts and support sourcing strategies
- Manage job postings, pipelines, and scorecards in Greenhouse
- Assess and screen candidates for fit
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and track feedback
- Communicate candidate next steps
- Keep job postings current and active in recruiting systems
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Start up experience
- Experience hiring software engineers
- Experience working directly with hiring managers
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
- Strong Greenhouse (or ATS) experience
- Clear and professional written communication
- Experience supporting both tech and non-tech roles
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Growth mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing legal transcriptionists
- Experience supporting onboarding
- Experience sourcing contractors
- Experience partnering with Senior Leaders
- Experience using Slack

Compensation Range:
- The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000/year; however, the final base salary will be based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
